I am roboticist interested in solving the challenges that humanoid robots face to achieve dexterious movements in their environment. My research focuses on motion planning, control and learning, particularly applied to the areas of locomotion and manipulation. I received my Master degree from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and my Engineering degree from the National University of Colombia. I also spent a semester abroad in the Autonomous System Lab at the ETH Zurich. In my master thesis I formulated a Multi-Contact planner for the TORO humanoid robot at the German Aerospace Center (DLR).
In 2017, the Khalifa University organized the international robotics competition MBZIRC. I took part in the Challenge 2 and the Grand Challenge. In both of them, we obtained the 1st place.
